Delivery Information
Fast UK Delivery
At Telford Sports, we aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your new equipment without delay.
Processing Times
- Orders placed before 2:00pm (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched the same working day.
- Orders placed after 2:00pm, on weekends or bank holidays, will be processed on the next working day.
- During busy periods, dispatch may take a little longer, but we’ll always work to get your order out as quickly as possible.
Delivery Options
Standard Delivery
- Estimated delivery: 2–4 working days
Express Delivery
- Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier and peak periods.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Where available, tracking details will also be provided so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
Cricket Bat Refurbishments
If you’ve sent us a cricket bat for refurbishment or repair, turnaround times will depend on the work required. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process and let you know when your bat is ready to return.
Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we’ll investigate the issue with the courier.
International Delivery
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom. If you’re outside the UK and would like to place an order, please contact us before purchasing.
